Control receipt processing

Open You → Privacy and Security in the app. Turn off Share scans to improve reading to stop new scan sharing, and turn off Improve receipt reading with AI to stop new AI requests, including photo price checks. These are separate choices, and both are on unless you turn them off. Turning them off clears queued work but cannot recall data already sent. To request deletion of previously shared data, contact us.

Control crash reports

Open You → Privacy and Security and turn off Send crash reports to stop Sentry reports from this iPhone and remove reports waiting to be sent. This setting is separate from scan sharing, AI reading and Apple’s crash-sharing setting. It cannot recall reports already received. Technical server-error reports continue to help us operate the service. See the Privacy Policy for the data and retention limits.

Request access, correction, deletion or another right

Email a privacy request to [email protected]. If the email link does not open, use your own email app. Tell us what you want us to do and your country or state so we can identify the applicable rights. Give only enough information to identify the account; we will arrange reasonable verification if needed. Never send a sign-in code, full card number or identity document unless a necessary, secure verification method has been agreed.

Depending on applicable law, you may request a copy or portable export, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, sale/sharing opt-out, limits on sensitive-data use, or an appeal. Authorized agents may contact the same address. We will explain any lawful limits and respond within applicable deadlines. You may also contact your privacy regulator. The Privacy Policy explains the data and retention.

Delete your account

Use You → Privacy and Security → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, email us for help. Deletion covers hosted data as described in the Privacy Policy; local bills, other people’s saved copies, backups and pending exported-copy cleanup have the limits explained there. If an Apple-billed subscription is offered and purchased in the future, cancel it separately in Apple Account settings; account deletion alone would not cancel it.

Sale of personal information and targeted ads

If we ever sell or share personal information, or use it for targeted ads, this page will offer the opt-out the law requires before it starts, and we will honor opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control. Sign-in phone numbers, mobile information and SMS consent are never sold or shared for marketing. See Selling and licensing de-identified data.
